FAQ
Common questions
Do I need to install anything?
No. SewaSync runs in the browser and can be installed as an app on Android and iOS. You get the same system on a counter laptop, a tablet in the yard and your own phone.
How do my customers pay?
Rental payments are recorded by your staff: cash, bank transfer, DuitNow QR or card. The public invoice link lets a customer view the invoice without an account; it is not a payment gateway. SewaSync subscription billing is separate and paid by FPX online banking.
Is SewaSync available in Bahasa Melayu?
Yes. The staff app, customer booking page, emails and push notifications all support Bahasa Melayu and English. Each staff member can choose their own language in Settings — and this page has a BM version.
Can I run more than one branch?
Each business currently operates from one HQ branch. Multi-branch support is on our roadmap and is not part of the current release, so we do not charge for it today.
Does SewaSync work on my phone?
Yes. It is a progressive web app that can be installed on Android and iOS, so you can manage bookings and handovers from the road.
Is there a free trial?
Your first business gets a 14-day TAUKE trial with no credit card required. When the trial ends you choose a plan — nothing is charged automatically.
Can I add my staff?
Yes, on the TAUKE plan. Invite ADMIN and STAFF members so each person has their own login and can see only what they need.
What happens if I outgrow my vehicle limit?
Add a Fleet Pack (+10 vehicles) or move up a plan. You can stack up to five packs, and existing data is never deleted when you change capacity.
